Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 1 pounds Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  • 2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  • 3. Melt butter and create a roux with flour, whisking for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Gradually add beef broth and milk, whisking until thickened.
  • 5. Combine cooked noodles, beef, and seasonings in the skillet.
  • 6. Stir in sour cream and serve hot.
