Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl combine the salt and spices with oil to create a paste. Coat chicken breasts with the paste.
Place the chicken in a small baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink. The internal temperature should reach 165-degrees.
Bone-in chicken breasts will take longer to cook through. Add 5 minutes to the baking time and check for doneness.
