Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped onion over the chicken.
  • Mix barbecue sauce with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce before serving.
