Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar/jack blend)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Make garlic butter: Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Mix filling: Combine chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, half of the garlic butter, and parsley. Mix until creamy and cheesy.
  • Assemble wraps: Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. Fold sides and roll tightly.
  • Toast wraps: Brush the outside with remaining garlic butter. Toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and melty.
  • Serve: Slice diagonally and serve warm with ranch, marinara, or extra garlic butter.

Notes

For an extra crispy wrap, cook in a skillet for an additional minute. You can also add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
