Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces chicken thighs boneless, skin-on or skinless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until golden brown, then set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic, then add rice and toast lightly.
  • Add chicken broth, spices, and parsley. Deglaze the pan.
  • Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer until cooked.

Notes

For extra flavor, use high-quality chicken broth.
