Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken thighs until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side).

Stir in heavy cream and fresh herbs; let simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
