Chicken

  • 4 breasts boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Coating

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, panko breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
  • Brush each chicken breast lightly with olive oil.
  • Dredge the oiled chicken breasts in the panko mixture until thoroughly coated.
  • Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Letting the chicken rest before serving helps retain juiciness.
