Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, panko breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
Brush each chicken breast lightly with olive oil.
Dredge the oiled chicken breasts in the panko mixture until thoroughly coated.
Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Letting the chicken rest before serving helps retain juiciness.
