Instructions
Lightly spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts evenly at the bottom of the crock pot.
Whisk together cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, chicken gravy mix, and ranch seasoning (if using) in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
Shred chicken with two forks or serve whole, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add the optional ranch seasoning mix to the gravy mixture. Adjust salt and pepper to taste before serving.
