Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 breasts boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs

Garlic

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Herbs

  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce and pour in heavy cream.
  • Add dried Italian herbs and mix well to coat the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and let it melt.
  • Serve hot over pasta or rice with extra sauce.

Notes

For an extra rich sauce, serve with additional Parmesan cheese on the side.
