Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Shred the cooked chicken if not already shredded.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional) in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For an extra spicy kick, add more buffalo sauce to taste. Serve with fresh veggies for a lighter option.
