2cupsshredded cooked chicken(rotisserie chicken works great)
8ozcream cheese(softened)
1/2cupbuffalo sauce(like Frank's RedHot)
1/2cupranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1cupshredded cheddar cheese(plus extra for topping)
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese(optional)
2tbspchopped green onions(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Shred the cooked chicken if not already shredded.
Mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional) in a large bowl until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For an extra spicy kick, add more buffalo sauce to taste. Serve with fresh veggies for a lighter option.
