  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
  • Cook the diced sweet potatoes in the same skillet for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the spices and pour in the beef broth, then return the cooked ground beef to the skillet.
  • Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
