Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then add your choice of vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, topping with the beef and vegetable mixture.
