A quick and flavorful stir-fry dish made with ground beef, served over jasmine rice with steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
  

Ground beef

  • 500 g ground beef

Garlic

  • 10 g garlic, minced 2 cloves

Ginger

  • 5 g ginger, minced 1 teaspoon

Sauces

  • 80 ml soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 30 g hoisin sauce

Thickeners

  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 60 ml water

Oils and Garnish

  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 50 g green onions, chopped
  • 2 g red pepper flakes (optional) ½ teaspoon
  • 5 g sesame seeds (for garnish)

Serving

  • 500 g steamed jasmine rice
  • steamed or stir-fried vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the Ground Beef
  • 2. Make the Mongolian Sauce
  • 3. Combine & Simmer
  • 4. Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more or less red pepper flakes. Serve with your choice of steamed or stir-fried vegetables for a balanced meal.
