Oven Buffalo Chicken Dip

A creamy, spicy, and delicious dip perfect for game days or parties, made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cups Cooked shredded chicken breasts approximately 24 ounces
  • 8 ounces ounces Cream cheese room temperature
  • 3/4 cup cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cup Ranch dressing
  • 8 ounces ounces Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese and stir together until mixed.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes uncover the dish and sprinkle the remaining 2 ounces of cheddar cheese over the top. Place back in the oven to continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

For an extra crispy top, broil for 1-2 minutes after adding the remaining cheese. Serve warm for the best flavor.
